Elemental Performance and Fitness is proud to present our High School Summer Strength Training Program starting in June. This program is specifically designed to help the committed high school athlete gain strength and flexibility to promote improved athletic performance and injury prevention. Regardless of what sport(s) you participate in, strength is a foundational attribute for improving athletic performance and should not be ignored. Each 4 week block will strategically progress using a variety of modalities including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight exercises. This program is open to athletes entering their freshman year through graduating seniors.
All sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4pm at Elemental Performance & Fitness located at 134 Lincoln Street Lander, WY 82520
Block 1 June 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25
Block 2 July 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30
$80 per block if you register BEFORE May 15th.
$120 per block if you register AFTER May 15th.
